Case Details
Arm lifting is often used for patients who have had massive weight loss. This patient lost 100 pounds and wanted excess skin removed. Traditionally an arm lift incision is placed on the inside of the arm, which makes it very visible. Our approach is to place the incision further towards the back of the arm for better concealment. Over the next 6-8months the incisions will continue to fade.
